\u00dclemiste City is the largest business campus in the Baltics, home to around 18,000 talents who live, study, or work there today. The large and international community means that Estonia’s biggest commercial real estate developer has a responsibility to create an environment that comprehensively supports the well-being of its talents and stimulates business growth.<\/p>\n

In 2020, \u00dclemiste City, in collaboration with the University of Tartu, introduced the 3×3 health model. At the center of the model is the talent, whose mental, physical, and social health is supported by themselves, their employer, and the \u00dclemiste City campus, which enables the implementation of positive changes.<\/p>\n

The services offered in the \u00dclemiste Health Centers are strategically important in implementing the health model. The centers bring together top specialists from various healthcare fields with extensive experience, providing high-quality and evidence-based specialist medical care and primary family medicine services. The prerequisites for quality service are customer-centricity and the use of smart solutions in both prevention and improving the quality of life.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
